Delivery times will vary depending on location. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched.

United States

  • Free Shipping on all orders within the US

  • 2 - 5 business days.

Canada

  • Complimentary standard shipping over $100. Orders less than $100 are shipped for $7.00 flat rate.

  • 2 - 7 business days.

  • Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Rest of the World

  • $40 USD.

  • 7 - 16 business days.

Please note:
Customers are liable for customs taxes and duties if shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada and will be contacted by local customs agencies or the shipping provider directly to settle these charges.


Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (tags attached, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging). 

To start a return, please contact us at info@eikeihome.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

While we hope you love and use your EIKEI bedding for years to come, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out, and we will happily refund or exchange your order should there be an issue.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
